Timberline ICF is owned and operated by Justin Wallace, a Denver, Colorado based Designer and General Contractor. Justin is a 4th Generation home builder, and life-long home designer. Justin’s experience as the Technical Director for BuildBlock Building Systems, a leading ICF manufacturer, introduced him to the latest in High Performance Energy Efficient Construction Practices used today. The combination of time tested construction techniques and cutting edge technology provides a well balanced approach to modern construction challenges.
